  15.   To install Active Keys, just run the "Active-Keys-2.0.exe" and
  16.   follow the instructions.
  17.  
  18.   You can uninstall Active Keys via the "Add/Remove Programs"
  19.   applet in the Control Panel.

  21. 2 Minimal system requirements
  22.  
  23.   One of the following operating systems:
  24.   Windows 98/98SE/Millennium/2000/XP.
  25.   Windows XP is recommended.
  26.   Windows 95/NT4 is NOT supported.

  28. 3 How to use
  29.  
  30.   Just after installation the Active Keys taskbar icon will appear,
  31.   this means that Active Keys is loaded and working. Double click
  32.   this icon to customize keyboard shortcuts. Now you can create,
  33.   edit and delete keyboard shortcuts (hot keys). Main window contains
  34.   the list of currently existing keyboard shortcuts (in just
  35.   installed copy of Active Keys this list contains keyboard shorcuts,
  36.   that were automatically created as the sample).

  38.   To create new keyboard shortcut click the "New" button on toolbar,
  39.   "Keyboard Shortcut Wizard" will appear. Using this wizard new
  40.   shortcut can be created: on the first page of the wizard you can
  41.   select an action that will be associated with a new keyboard
  42.   shortcut. Select appropriate action and click the "Next" button.

  44.   On the next page you can tune up the action you have
  45.   selected (parameters available for changing depends of the selected
  46.   action).

  48.   The third page allows you to select the shortcut key for
  49.   the new shortcut, you can do it by two ways: press shorcut key
  50.   conbination, or select appropriate key from the list of all
  51.   available keys.

  53.   The last wizard's page allows you to change the
  54.   name and the icon for the new shortcut (when you'll come to the
  55.   last page it will already contain name and icon that were
  56.   automatically selected for your new shortcut). After you click
  57.   "Finish" button, the new keyboard shortcut will be finally created
  58.   and available for using.

  60.   Now, when you press shortcut key combination, the associated action
  61.   will be performed.

  63.   You can edit any shortcut by double clicking it, or opening
  64.   "Properties" using the context menu or the "Properties" toolbar
  65.   button. Properties window will appear. It contain three tabs:
  66.   "General", "Keys" and "Settings". All these tabs works in the same
  67.   way as the similar wizard's pages. The "General" tab allows you to
  68.   change shortcut's name, icon and deactivate shorcut without deleting
  69.   it. The "Keys" tab allows to change shortcut key. The "Settings" tab
  70.   depends of the action of shorcut and allows to tune up this action.
